LOOKOUT
Just below Ardrossen is this lookout set upon a Mullock heap from the open cut mine just behind, (A sight in itself worth
looking at), About 10 minutes further is Black Point where we spent Easter 2002.

Crabs were everywhere
We were there a week & for the first 3 days we went out in our boat & found it hard not to catch Blue Swimmer
Crabs, then the wind changed & we did not get many after that. On the last day I was informed that when the wind
chandes then the crabs move further around the bay. (Wish we had known as apperently around there the crabs were thicker than
where we were).
